While shooting for her film ENDHIRAN opposite Rajnikant recently, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had to go through some tough time. Buzz, is that the former beauty queen was shooting at a location that was not motorable and thus her vanity van had to be parked at a distance. This meant that even the basic amenities were not available for the top actress.
